Based on a true story in the Old Algiers neighborhood of New Orleans, THE LOT is a narrative short film about a lonely café owner who attempts to befriend an outcast boy while struggling to turn an abandoned lot into a park. This film explores the relationships we form when reaching out to help and understanding we all have the power to change. Once complete, our ultimate goal is to use the film to generate a campaign to build the park and finish the story.
